At War & At Peace, Rev. Catie preaching
Sunday, November 12th at 10:30 am, livestreamed to YouTube from the Sanctuary.
This Veterans Day weekend, as we are also honoring our congregation’s 312th anniversary, our Sunday service focuses on Unitarian Universalist history “at war and at peace.” What do we inherit from our congregation’s and denomination’s wartime history, and what questions and values can we draw from our faith’s ambivalent engagement with militarism and pacifism? We will also recognize the holiday of Diwali and hear music from our First Parish Players.
