Pie in the Sky: Support Community Servings!
First Parish Youth Group Supports Community Serving’s Fundraiser “Pie in the Sky!”

This November, the First Parish Youth Group will be helping to sell pies to benefit the incredible community organization, Community Servings.
Community Servings believes in the astonishing power of food. Their team prepares and delivers scratch-made meals daily to individuals and families across Massachusetts, living with critical and chronic illnesses. With generous support from friends and donors (like YOU!) through Pie in the Sky, their annual Thanksgiving fundraiser, Community Servings will continue to bring home-delivered meals to as many critically and chronically ill neighbors as possible this holiday season and beyond.
When you buy a freshly-baked apple, pecan or pumpkin pie for $30 or make a Pie for a Client donation, you purchase more than just a pie; you help Community Servings feed a neighbor too sick to shop or cook for themselves – for an entire week!
With food insecurity doubling since March and care providers referring a record number of patients to their meals program, your $30 donation means more than ever. Please buy a pie and help Community Servings feed a critically ill client and their family this holiday season.
You can buy a pie from the Youth Group team link here: https://www.pieinthesky.org/seller/sara-elizabeth-dyer-santa-cruz/
On the off chance you are not directed to our team page, please choose the “seller” as First Parish in Needham Youth Group after you select your pie(s) for purchase. There is also an option to “gift” a pie to someone else!
You will select where you will be picking up your pie from one of a number of locations around Greater Boston. If you would like your pie personally delivered on Tuesday 11/22 or 11/23 by the Youth Group, please contact Sara Elizabeth at saraelizabeth.dlre@gmail.com before purchase! To help promote the fundraiser, we will deliver your pie to your home if you give an additional donation of $10 or more to Community Servings; you just need to coordinate with us before you buy. Buying an additional pie for a community servings client would count towards the $10 donation.
Thank you for supporting Community Servings!
