Senator Elizabeth Warren will hold a town hall meeting on Wednesday, August 30th at 6 PM, in parish hall at First Parish in Needham. Doors open at 5 PM. Come and join in the Q and A, and afterward in the photo line!
As a spiritual organization, we do not endorse political candidates. However, as a Unitarian Universalist congregation, we are dedicated to promoting participatory democracy by supporting voting rights through programs like UU the Vote. We are honored to host this town hall with Senator Warren to facilitate communication and conversation between one of our elected officials and her constituents.
If you plan to attend please click the RSVP link. (If you received an email from Elizabeth Warren’s email list and RSVP’d there, no need to repeat the RSVP.) They need to know how many people to expect to best accommodate us!
Our parish hall has a MERV-13 filtration system and is accessible by elevator from our Lincoln Street entrance. A wheelchair accessible, all-gender restroom is located on the same floor.
We look forward to seeing Senator Warren and our MetroWest neighbors on Wednesday!
