On March 9, the Parish Committee voted “yes” to ordaining Jenna at our congregation around the close of her internship with us. Though these last two years have been anything but ordinary, Jenna writes that she would not be the minister that she is if not for all of you. In our UU congregational polity, the privilege to ordain is vested entirely with the congregation, so Jenna hopes that you will join on June 4 to ordain her to the UU ministry and celebrate all of our shared accomplishments of the last two years. Lastly, all remote participants, Jenna wants to see you on June 4! She hopes you will join on Zoom rather than YouTube, if you are able, so that she can say hello to you after the service.
