At the Lane Lyceum on October 18 at 7:30pm, Pastor Willie Dwayne Francois, III will speak about his book, “Silencing White Noise: Six Practices to Overcome Our Inaction on Race.” He will discuss how people of all racial backgrounds can overcome silence and inaction on race, and advance racial repair. Pastor Francois has a BA from Morehouse College and a Master of Divinity from Harvard University. He is Senior Pastor at the Mount Zion Baptist Church of Pleasantville, NJ.. His book was published this year by Brazos Press.
