Rev. Catie Scudera leading
At the start of both National Poetry Month and the holy time of Ramadan, we will celebrate the long and inspiring history of Islamic poets. We’ll hear from better-known Muslim poets, like Jalah ad-Din Rumi and Naomi Shihab Nye, as well as less well-known Muslim poets, like Rabiʿa al-ʿAdawiyya al-Qaysiyya. Through this service of poetry, we reflect on spiritual wisdom from Islam.
