Needham Interfaith Trans Day of Remembrance Vigil
All are welcome to join Rev. Catie, Darrah Bryans, and other local Needham clergy and leaders on Wednesday November 20th at 6:30 pm in the First Parish Sanctuary for this annual solemn vigil to mourn trans and genderqueer people who have been killed in the past year. We join communities worldwide on this international Trans Day of Remembrance. The vigil service will take place in the Sanctuary, and be livestreamed to our Sunday and memorial service YouTube account: YouTube.com/@uuneedhamservices. This year’s vigil is co-sponsored by Carter Memorial United Methodist Church, Congregational Church of Needham (UCC), Needham Diversity Initiative, and Temple Beth Shalom.
