The Museum Of Bad Art is the world’s leading cultural institution dedicated to art in which something has gone wrong. Since 1993, it collects, exhibits, and celebrates art that will be seen in no other venue. Its collection comes from thrift stores, yard sales, sidewalk trash and even the artists who create it. Each piece of art is analyzed, compared to classic art, and shared with thousands of fans around the world. Its collection has been exhibited in the basement of the Dedham Community Theater next to the men’s room, in the Somerville Theater, in Japan and in Quebec City. Today a portion of its collection can be found at the Dorchester Brewing Company.
