June 22nd-June 26th
Oregon Convention Center, Portland, OR
General Assembly is the annual national gathering of Unitarian Universalists, where we conduct business of the Association, explore the theological underpinnings of our faith, and lean fully into our mission and principles. For the past two GAs, we’ve gathered online only. In 2022, we will have the option of meeting online or in-person! All GA attendees and exhibitors are required to provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination for in-person attendance at General Assembly. In addition, masking is required and physically distanced seating options will be reserved in our meeting spaces. Currently, free COVID-19 testing will be available Monday to Saturday from 8 am – 3 pm, by appointment or walk-in, at a testing site in front of the Oregon Convention Center. To learn more about General Assembly, visit the UUA website at https://www.uua.org/ga. Discounted in-person registration is open, and virtual registration will open March 1st; scholarships are available from the UUA, and First Parish has some funds to defer costs for attendees. Be in touch with Rev. Catie (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are interested in attending online or in-person, and especially if you have questions about serving as a formal delegate with voting privileges representing First Parish in Needham.
