Diego is a Colombian, Unitarian Universalist Aspirant with a Master of Divinity from Boston University School of Theology. In 2025 he was awarded with the Hare Preaching Prize and in 2024 he was one of the winners of the sermon contest for the UUA Climate Justice Revival. Diego is a Spiritual Director in training with the Spiritual Life Center and now serves as their first Latino Intern at the First Church in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He loves to read about weird mystics, Christians, Hindus, Muslims and poets from every corner.
